She's St Elizabeth and the story behind her sainthood was really interesting. The miracle of the roses. She was carrying food to the poor. Food she took from her in-laws against their wishes. She was intercepted by her husband who asked what was under her mantle. When she revealed it their was a bouquet of roses there instead of the food.
